F1 Racing Marvels
Millions of people watch racing events around the world. While Nascar is very popular here in the USA, Formula 1 racing has taken a large audience all over the world. The races are entertaining and the driver aren’t going in a circle all day. There are twists and turns which brings in more strategy of what to do t each part of the track. The cars themselves are completely different too but why and is it really all that different? What does it take to own a F1 racing car anyway?
As you can see not only are the F1 race cars designed to handle better at higher speed when going around turns but they are also EXTREMELY expensive to maintain and upkeep. All this for our entertainment. The next time you see a race be sure to remind yourself that the designs of the F1 cars are a little weird but they are designed to to have so much down force on the car that they can theoretically drive upside down after reaching 80-118mph.
